Juan Domingo Zacar\u00edas recibi\u00f3 al Prof. Ra\u00fal Vergara; presidente del C\u00edrculo Cat\u00f3lico de Obreros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la reuni\u00f3n, el Prof. Vergara le inform\u00f3 a Zacar\u00edas que tiene como objetivo implementar en las instalaciones del C\u00edrculo Cat\u00f3lico una Escuela de Capacitaci\u00f3n T\u00e9cnica Profesional. La misma funcionar\u00e1 en forma gratuita para todos aquellos j\u00f3venes que necesiten y deseen alcanzar conocimientos en las distintas actividades laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, el Lic.
