{"id":727,"date":"1997-04-08T18:10:03","date_gmt":"1997-04-08T18:10:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/?p=727"},"modified":"2018-08-28T14:46:14","modified_gmt":"2018-08-28T14:46:14","slug":"resolucion-no-129","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/resolucion-no-129\/","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 129\/97"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>PARAN\u00c1, 8 de Abril de\u00a0 1997<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El punto 4.6 FACTURAS &#8211; INFORMACI\u00d3N A CONSIGNAR EN LAS MISMAS\u00a0 del R\u00e9gimen de Suministro de los Contratos de Concesi\u00f3n, y<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es necesario unificar las formas de presentaci\u00f3n de las historias de consumo que deben aparecer en las facturas como informaci\u00f3n al usuario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es facultativo del EPRE estipular la manera en que LAS DISTRIBUIDORAS deber\u00e1n aplicarlos,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que el ENTE PROVINCIAL REGULADOR DE LA ENERG\u00cdA est\u00e1 facultado para el dictado del presente acto en virtud de lo dispuesto por el art\u00edculo 48 inc. a.2) de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 8916.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por Decreto N\u00ba 1127\/96 se ha dispuesto la Intervenci\u00f3n del Ente, por lo que en uso de esas facultades<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EL INTERVENTOR DEL EPRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESUELVE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Establ\u00e9cese que las historias de consumo a imprimir en las facturas deber\u00e1n comprender el consumo del per\u00edodo objeto de la misma, mas los \u00faltimos seis per\u00edodos anteriores en el caso de usuarios bimestrales y doce per\u00edodos anteriores para los mensuales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00ba:<\/strong> Registrar, notificar, publicar en el bolet\u00edn oficial y archivar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PARAN\u00c1, 8 de Abril de\u00a0 1997 VISTO: El punto 4.6 FACTURAS &#8211; INFORMACI\u00d3N A CONSIGNAR EN LAS MISMAS\u00a0 del R\u00e9gimen de Suministro de los Contratos de Concesi\u00f3n, y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-727","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-resoluciones"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/727","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=727"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/727\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3692,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/727\/revisions\/3692"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=727"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=727"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=727"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
