{"id":633,"date":"2000-12-29T18:38:25","date_gmt":"2000-12-29T18:38:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/?p=633"},"modified":"2018-09-20T13:19:23","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T13:19:23","slug":"resolucion-no-202-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/resolucion-no-202-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 202\/00"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>RN N\u00b0 2841\/00 EPRE.-<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>PARAN\u00c1, 29\u00a0 de Diciembre del 2000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Decreto N\u00b0 4.926 M.E.O. y S.P.; y<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que dicho Decreto en su Art\u00edculo 2\u00b0 establece que el FONDO DE ESTABILIZACI\u00d3N DE PRECIOS ESTACIONALES ser\u00e1 administrado por el ENTE PROVINCIAL REGULADOR DE LA ENERG\u00cdA;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que resulta necesario reglamentar en forma concreta la operaci\u00f3n del FONDO DE ESTABILIZACI\u00d3N DE PRECIOS ESTACIONALES;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por Decreto N\u00b0 1127\/96 se ha dispuesto la intervenci\u00f3n del Ente, por lo que en uso de sus facultades;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EL INTERVENTOR DEL EPRE<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>R E S U E L V E :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/strong> Aprobar la \u201cREGLAMENTACI\u00d3N DEL FONDO DE ESTABILIZACI\u00d3N DE PRECIOS ESTACIONALES\u201d que como ANEXO I integra la presente Resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ARTICULO\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2\u00ba :<\/strong> Registrar, comunicar y archivar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ING.
