{"id":631,"date":"2000-03-20T18:36:05","date_gmt":"2000-03-20T18:36:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/?p=631"},"modified":"2018-08-29T13:29:51","modified_gmt":"2018-08-29T13:29:51","slug":"resolucion-no-44","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/resolucion-no-44\/","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 44\/00"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>20 de Marzo del 2000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El art\u00edculo 20 del Contrato de Concesi\u00f3n de la COOPERATIVA DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS EL TALA LTDA.; y<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que dicho art\u00edculo indica que LA DISTRIBUIDORA deber\u00e1 presentar al ENTE, para su aprobaci\u00f3n, un plan de muestreo estad\u00edstico de medidores instalados por lotes de similares caracter\u00edsticas (tipo, corriente, antig\u00fcedad de instalaci\u00f3n) que permita evaluar las condiciones de cada lote y tomar decisiones al respecto, debiendo con posterioridad cumplir con el plan acordado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la COOPERATIVA DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS EL TALA LTDA., ha efectuado tal presentaci\u00f3n mediante Registro de Notas C N\u00ba 786\/99;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que este Ente, ha realizado las modificaciones necesarias con el fin de lograr coherencia con los lineamientos previstos en la Ley Provincial 8916 de Marco Regulatorio y en el respectivo Contrato de Concesi\u00f3n;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que el ENTE PROVINCIAL REGULADOR DE LA ENERG\u00cdA est\u00e1 facultado para el dictado del presente acto en virtud de lo dispuesto en el art\u00edculo 48 inc. a.2) de la Ley Provincial N\u00ba 8916;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por Decreto N\u00ba 1127\/96 se ha dispuesto la Intervenci\u00f3n del Ente, por lo que en uso de sus facultades;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EL INTERVENTOR DEL EPRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S U E L V E :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Aprobar la \u201c METODOLOG\u00cdA PARA EL CONTROL DE MEDIDORES INSTALADOS POR LA COOPERATIVA DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS EL TALA LTDA.\u201d que como ANEXO I integra la presente Resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 2\u00b0:<\/strong> Disponer que cualquier situaci\u00f3n no contemplada en <strong>la presente metodolog\u00eda deber\u00e1 ser consultada al E.P.R.E.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 3\u00b0:<\/strong> Disponer que la presente ser\u00e1 de aplicaci\u00f3n para la COOPERATIVA DE SERVICIOS PUBLICOS EL TALA LTDA. a partir de su notificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ART\u00cdCULO 4\u00b0:<\/strong> Registrar, notificar, publicar en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial y archivar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ING.
