{"id":613,"date":"2001-11-06T18:03:52","date_gmt":"2001-11-06T18:03:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/?p=613"},"modified":"2018-09-20T14:07:47","modified_gmt":"2018-09-20T14:07:47","slug":"resolucion-no-01-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/resolucion-no-01-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 01\/01"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>6 de Noviembre de 2001<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>El Anexo I &#8211; METODOLOGIA PARA EL CALCULO DE SANCIONES POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA RESOLUCION N\u00b0 14\/96 SME &#8211; que integra la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 345\/98 EPRE; y<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que el citado Anexo I en su parte a) establece la f\u00f3rmula con la cual se calculan las multas referidas a incumplimientos del Art\u00edculo 1\u00b0 del Decreto N\u00b0 4774 MEOySP;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que dicha f\u00f3rmula contiene un factor K que representa la participaci\u00f3n promedio de cada Distribuidora en el total del impuesto provincial;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que el mencionado factor K se actualiza con los valores reales correspondientes al a\u00f1o anterior;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que es necesario modificar los valores para su aplicaci\u00f3n durante los a\u00f1os 2000 y 2001;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Energ\u00e9tico ha informado los montos imponibles en la amplia mayor\u00eda de las Distribuidoras;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que la Gerencia de Contratos de Concesi\u00f3n ha calculado los montos imponibles restantes, y a partir de ellos aconseja los par\u00e1metros K a aplicar;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que se han producido los correspondientes dict\u00e1menes t\u00e9cnicos y legales;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que por Decreto N\u00ba 1.127\/96 se ha dispuesto la intervenci\u00f3n del Ente, por lo que en uso de sus facultades;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>EL INTERVENTOR DEL EPRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>RESUELVE :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ARTICULO 1\u00b0:<\/strong> Disponer que los valores del factor K vigentes para el a\u00f1o 2000 y 2001 en un todo de acuerdo con la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 345\/98 EPRE ser\u00e1n los que figuran en la siguiente tabla:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[table id=8 \/]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ARTICULO 2\u00ba:<\/strong> Registrar, notificar, publicar en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial y archivar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>6 de Noviembre de 2001 VISTO: El Anexo I &#8211; METODOLOGIA PARA EL CALCULO DE SANCIONES POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LA RESOLUCION N\u00b0 14\/96 SME &#8211; que integra la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00b0 345\/98 EPRE; y<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[8],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-613","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-resoluciones"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/613","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=613"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/613\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3759,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/posts\/613\/revisions\/3759"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=613"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/categories?post=613"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/epre.gov.ar\/web\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/tags?post=613"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
