UNICO N\u00ba 2265249<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\">PARAN\u00c1, 17 de mayo de 2.019<\/p>\n<p><strong>VISTO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 67\/19 EPRE; y<\/p>\n<p><strong>CONSIDERANDO:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Que se ha constatado un error en el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Resoluci\u00f3n 67\/19 EPRE al citarse la Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 130\/19 SME;<\/p>\n<p>Que por lo antes expresado, se debe proceder a rectificar en su parte pertinente el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Resoluci\u00f3n antes citadas;<\/p>\n<p>Que por Decreto N\u00ba 1127\/96 MEOSP se dispuso la intervenci\u00f3n de este Ente, atribuy\u00e9ndose al Interventor las facultades del Directorio, por lo que en uso de las funciones establecidas en los Art\u00edculos 48\u00ba y 56\u00ba de la Ley N\u00ba 8.916;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EL INTERVENTOR DEL EPRE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>R E S U E L V E:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO 1\u00ba:<\/strong> Rectificar el Art\u00edculo 1\u00ba de la Resoluci\u00f3n EPRE N\u00ba 67\/19, el que quedar\u00e1 redactado de la siguiente manera: donde dice \u00a8\u2026Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 130\/19 SME\u00a8 debe decir \u00a8\u2026Resoluci\u00f3n N\u00ba 139\/19 SME\u00a8, por los motivos expuestos en los considerandos de la presente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICULO2\u00ba:<\/strong> Registrar, comunicar y archivar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Dr. Jos\u00e9 Carlos Halle<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Interventor EPRE<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RESOLUCI\u00d3N N\u00ba 95 EPRE EXPTE.
